Quintessa, an estate-home neighborhood at the sprawling Rolling Hills Ranch community, offers resort-style living in eastern Chula Vista, according to Liz Ramirez, marketing vice president for The Corky McMillin Companies, master developer of Rolling Hills Ranch.
Sales at Quintessa by McMillin Homes are nearing the 50 percent mark, with 45 homes sold of the eventual 98 remarkable residences. There are currently seven move-in-ready homes available.
