MODEL CONSTRUCTION UNDER WAY AT OAK GLEN
----

Model construction is under way on McMillin Homes' Oak Glen, a new neighborhood coming to Brawley this year.

According to Diane Cason, sales manager for McMillin Homes in the Imperial Valley, model home construction began in May and a grand opening is planned for late August.

"The city of Brawley is continuing its growth spurt to become a prime location for new businesses," said Cason. "These new homes will encourage commercial growth and provide quality homes in an enterprise zone."

With an eventual 107 residences, Oak Glen will boast homesites of approximately 7,500 square feet and four distinct single- and two-story floor plans. Oak Glen homes will offer 1,883 to 2,625 square feet of living space with three to six bedrooms, two to four baths, and three-car garages. Floor plans will be flexible to suit many needs, offering options such as dens, retreats, bonus rooms, covered patios and decks. Oak Glen homes are expected to be priced from the high $200,000s to the mid-$300,000s.
