QUINTESSA NOW MORE THAN HALF SOLD AT ROLLING HILLS RANCH
----
Quintessa, the upscale neighborhood located within the resort-style Rolling Hills Ranch community in eastern Chula Vista, is now more than half sold as 50 of the eventual 98 homes have been spoken for, according to Liz Ramirez, marketing vice president for The Corky McMillin Companies, master developer of Rolling Hills Ranch.
The opulently appointed homes at Quintessa are sized from approximately 3,189 to over 4,208 square feet on homesites ranging from approximately 1/4 acre to 1/2 acre. These expansive homes provide three to six bedrooms and 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 baths, with three- or four-car garages. An optional casita, available on select lots, can be used as a guest home, recreation room or cabana. Prices start from the high $900,000s and selected lots offer builder incentives.
“Quintessa provides South County home buyers with the chance to experience country club living in a comfortable family setting,” said Ramirez. “With over 400 acres of magnificent hillsides and open space and several recreational activities for residents including the Coastal Hills Swim Club and the 28-acre Montevalle Park, it’s really no surprise that Quintessa has charmed 50 families so far.”
Quintessa residents enjoy access to the private Coastal Hills Swim Club. The Tuscan-themed swim club features a large spa, junior Olympic-size pool, children’s wading pool, barbecue area and a patio area, paved with natural stone surrounded by palm, pepper and olive trees.
Rolling Hills Ranch is also home to Thurgood Marshall Elementary School, MacKenzie Creek Neighborhood Park and the expansive 28-acre Montevalle Community Park. Montevalle Park includes three multipurpose fields, three basketball courts, two tennis courts, an off-leash dog area, archery and skate area, picnic area, a walking trail and a 20,000-square-foot community center including a gymatorium and senior annex.
Nearby Rolling Hills Ranch is Salt Creek Golf Club, formerly The Auld Golf Course and one of eastern Chula Vista’s best-kept secrets. This golf course is one of the little known gems of golf in the South County. Panoramic views of rolling Southern California countryside all the way to the Pacific Ocean combine with 18 distinctive holes from five sets of tees to make an exceptional golf experience.
To reach Rolling Hills Ranch, take East H Street off Interstate 805 in Chula Vista and head east approximately six miles. Follow the signs to the Rolling Hills Ranch community.
